I love Billy Blanks Tae Bo. I have done nearly all of his DVDs and I have a large range in my workout DVD collection. It amazes me that he is still producing new and innovative DVDs so many years after having started the Tae Bo craze. I highly recommend Tae Bo for anyone wanting to lose weight and tone up. It's a fun, energizing way to work out!
